Similar in usefulness to HerbertBoland's popular CinematicBoomNorm.wav sample, this is a totally synthetic sound of a distant but muffled explosion. Lots of lows, perhaps inaudible on small speakers. Not quite so "ringy" or gong-like as the original Cinematic Boom, and perhaps better because of that fact. This one is more heavily filtered, still relatively granular. Created within Cool Edit Pro.
