Mix three kinds of beats generated with program discord (http://discord.sourceforge.net/) with samples from freesound (attribution below). The resulting sample is 5 minutes long and is loopable. The beats are all at 10.342 Hz, mid alpha. If you listen to this for even one play, you should notice a difference in your awareness. Alpha awareness is the classic meditative state, so you should probably not try to get an effect from this while doing something else; it is best to just let your mind tick over on idle while listening. Recorded at 44100 Hz, 16 bit. Best listened to using headphones in order to get the maximum effect from the beats.

Some people seem to have a problem with flac. Here are a couple of links to information about the format and programs that can translate it into other formats.

chipfork, glad you found it so. I've certainly enjoyed my experiences with brainwave entrainment. Like anything else, the brain gets better at entraining with more experience.
I just listened to this using the loop feature. There is a noticeable discontinuity at the join. The wave forms have been edited to join seamlessly, so I think the break is because the server is looking for the start of the file. Probably wouldn't happen on a shorter file. And shouldn't happen on your own pc where the time delay will be much shorter. At least it didn't on mine; it was impossible to tell when the end wrapped to the start.
