It's a 5-minute silence recorded from an old compact casette.
Seems like a nice resource for faking old recordings.
Mixing this to your material as a background noise and filtering the material to fit the spectrum of the noise should give nice results :)
The sample is so long, it's an overkill.
Also it doesn't contain any rapid movements, so loopig even a short excerpt of this sound should not lead to any noticable repetetivity.

Recorded at 48kHz/24-bit. Edited and converted to FLAC using Ardour 2.
