This shall be rhe sound of a StarWars Laser. I created it for emipre uncut, a project, where people can claim some scenes of a star wars movie and reenact it.
The sound is a combination of a SymSynth Laser Sound and the sound a red glowing wire makes, when you put it into water. Some sound effects I used, also (Audacity with free plugins).
