Torn paper shreds fall to the floor. Could be used for debris after an explosion, too. The pieces are bigger than traditional confetti, but it could work. Some of the pieces hit the microphone and it's kinda cool, you can edit them out though : )

  Amazing...thank you so much! A few tweaks of the EQ and it now sounds like falling pieces of asphalt and concrete. What a great idea using paper!
