Why miss Drummond, don't you get around?
This was recorded the other day at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.

The voice sounds very much like Celia Drummond (of Northern line and mainline announcments fame) and its simply saying to await further instructions. What was odd, was most people ignore it and carry on with what they're doing?
