I am a European Goldfinch enthusiast. The EG is a good imitator and loves to do the nightingale sounds. Frankly, that is what makes the EG such a great bird. As to the recording and the nightingale, I wuold say both were a work of art.

Thanks so much for this recording! I am a preschool teacher and used this in my lesson today. We did a nightingale puppet, I read them Hans Christian Andersen's Story and then played your recording so they could hear the nightingale's beautiful song.
