Glad it worked. I recommend the latest version of Audacity for opening 24 bit .flac files.
Update: Continuing down the list of programs which CAN'T OPEN STUPID FLAC FILES, I unsuccessfully tried Premier Pro and then ... Foobar 2000.
Foobar could open it. And it could convert it into a USABLE file format. Thank you Foobar. And a begrudged thank you to you, qubodup, despite your choice for using Flac. The sound is great.
Thank you for this sound. It sounds wonderful, but it's useless as a Flac. Nothing can open this stupid file. Not Audacity, not Adobe Soundbooth, not Winamp, not iTunes. VLC can, but it's only able to play audio, which isn't useful.
Down with Flac - I freaking hate it! I always have!
