Method: HPS harmonic plus stochastic transformation.

Applying sawtooth wave to frequency scaling, to produce a mosquito-like sound. Frequency scaling is applied by 40 Hz sawtooth sampled at 100 Hz generated by using scipy.signal.sawtooth, over duration of the sound.
