It's a very close recording of a sleeping person that is breathing and snoring. The person suffers heavily from Apnoe which means that he can't breath regularly while sleeping since the disease mechanically blocks the inhaling process, but tries many times to get the air into his body and then suddenly pulls it all in with one big snoring noise. Recorded with Neumann KM 184.

  I suffer from sleep apnea. My family has always said I should hear myself when I sleep, and now I can! Just for clarification- it's not a disease, it's just a condition that is easily treated by a machine.
