Each year, on August 15, Acadians meet in Caraquet, New-Brunswick, Canada to celebrate their National Day. They do so in a way Freesounders will love: by making sounds... and to many, noise. This year (2008), 25 000 individuals of all ages gathered to rejoice.
Recorded with a Edirol R-09 stereo portable mic. I simply was in the middle of this crowd, walking in the opposite direction. A longer version (8 minutes)is available upon request.

Wow this is excellent. It's great for when you want sound for festivals and big gatherings but people are a bit shifty about you recording them! :D Great job.
