The atmosphere of Peterborough Station on a foggy cold winters night in December 2013.
An HST No 43238 pulls into the station with a train from the north. Passengers alight and doors are slammed shut. Another unidentified EMU moves past nearby. The guard blows his whistle and the train accelerates away towards London Kings Cross accompanied by the bells of Peterborough Cathedral. A Class 180 rushes past on the through line with an express for Bradford as the station announcer advises of the next arrivals.
