Here is a file that compare OGG Vobis and WAV.
In the left mono channel is the WAV (48/24, 2304kbps)
In the right mono channel is the OGG (48/16 -q10, 1500kbps, the highest possible quality)
It is an 18 second file of a sea-wave with an Arctic Stern call and a ships engine.
Is it good for you? I do not know. Its up to you.
Maybe someone else can make an other example.
