Winter is over at the end of February on the wide farmlands in Holland. SEE PICTURE. The farmers spreading manure with enormous machines like on the third picture.
The machines give a deep humming noise in the recording. In the field, on a few hundred meters, large groups of Dark-bellied Brent Goose, eating and making a lot of noise. The will go up North the end of May to Siberia.
Under the mic (1.70cm high) the sound of air coming out of the slick, wet, clay soil.
One tractor rides back to the slurry pit to load new liquid manure. A car passing slowly.
Someone is cutting trees with a chainsaw in the distance.

Weather conditions: wind NNE 1-2 bft (direction of the mic) , temp 4c, cloudy, dry.
Gear; Rode NT4(9v battery power, -12dB resistors removed), in Rode Blimp > Sony PCM D50.
