A short melody with a crumhorn,a woodwind instrument dating from the 16th century and often heard in renaissance music.Like the oboe the crumhorn has a double reed which here is enclosed inside a wooden chamber.
To make the tune i recorded five notes with the R-09HR and used the piano roll in FL Studio.....for some reason the preview sounds terrible, the downloaded version however is as good as i made it.

Hi juskiddink, I love the sound of the Crumhorn and want to include it and possibly Hurdy-Gurdy on one track of a new album. The Engineer only has Kontact 2 so its a big jump and cost to Kontack 6 for one song. If you have any ideas on how I can use your Crumhorn and what supporting software might be needed I would be obliged with some advice...Many Thanks Rick in Ireland.
