It is pretty disappointing that I couldn´t upload the wave file of this track, as freesound wouldn´t take it. So here is the mp3 version! :-(

It was still darkish, when I started this recording on a wet and windy morning in April in a forest on the westcoast of Denmark. To me it is avery atmospheric recording with the wind and everything. There are some calls of a bird of prey at about 1.08. Any idea what kind of bird that is, who calls later on, too?

I used 2 Rode NT1a microphones and the Oade FR2-le recorder.

  Having listened again (twice), it is a raptor, I think a Goshawk, Accipiter gentilis.

  I think the mystery bird might be a Green Woodpecker, Picus Viridis.Nice recording.
