Varnam is a compositional form of Carnatic music, rich in melodic nuances. This is a recording of a varnam, titled Sarasuda Ninne Kori, composed by Kotthavaasal Venkatrama Iyer in Saveri raaga, set to Adi taala. It is sung by Badrinarayanan, a young Carnatic vocalist from Chennai, India.
