Strange noise that emanated from a barn that was being built on the Somerset/Wiltshire border. Possibly created by the machine laying the flooring. Also wind, some distant traffic, birdsong.

No city, no state - on the outskirts of a village in the county of Somerset, England. It was definitely a result of some sort of flooring process.
