Quiet night ambiance. An Owl (Otus scops, Eurasian Scops Owl)can be heard all along the sample and small cracklings from trees. In addition, one dog screams at 1 min, a jet passes high above, and a vehicle starts roaring at 2:30 (the radio inside the car can be heard as it moves away). When the vehicle vanishes you hear only the Owl. Sennheiser ME66+MKH30 into Shure FP24, into iRiver H320. Decoded to MS stereo with Voxengo free VST plugin. I had to perform a light hiss reduction on this sample in order to remove microphone (ME66) selfnoise, as it was spoiling the effect to a great extent. Recorded in the surroundings of Bernabe House (Carcabuey, S Spain), a naturally reverberant place because of a neighbouring cliff.

Great job, exactly what I needed. I used it as a mysterious ambient background for a piano piece.
