This is an example of the Tibetan Buddhist Tantric (Vajrayana) chanting sometimes referred to as the 'Lion's roar'.

I learnt how to do this type of chanting from the chant master at Sera Je, the Tibetan Buddhist Monastic University in exile, India.

This is very good. I've been teaching myself to do throat singing. I've got the sound down, but I can't quite get the overtones to ring out well... at any rate, this is very reverbed and washed out sounding. Couldn't you have left it dry? Can't complain though, great upload my friend :)
