medium sized tibetan buddist double sided hand drum, named damaru in tibetan, which when spun two small pom poms on string stike skin on either side. this drum is used by monks/lamas/ngakpas/yogis in the pracrice of Chod. - drum made in Kathmandu and recorded by me in london with slight interferance from my laptop fan!!! doh.
