This is a recording of a walk down a path in Paronella Park. This recording documents a walk up one of the paths to a small water-fall and back again to the starting point.Originally created in the 1930's by José Paronella who arrived in Australia from Catalonia in Spain, in 1913. He developed the park as a local attraction that continues down to this day. The park is full of water-falls, streams and wild-life (bats, birds, fish). Great easy accesible location for the field recordist. Recording chain: Sound Professionals SP-TFB-2 Binaural Microphones (in ear) > Edirol R-09 (mic in, level 10) > 16 bit 44.1 kHz wav.

i like the detail, the yes, refreshing sound of the stream sounding clear. thanks for bringing the energy of the spot in the digital realm and sharing it.

I am now regretting that I didn't take my full field recording rig :)

The rainforest areas of northern Australia are great field recording locations.

it sounds refreshing indeed! So a catalan created the place, and the sounds now come back to Catalonia :-) Beautiful trip you did, by the way
