I noticed that the frogs often start their chorus when a distant airplane or train starts to become louder. Perhaps they interpret this as an approaching competitor? In this clip you hear an approaching twin engine propeller-driven airplane, then the frogs break into chorus. I like the unusual croaks at the beginning. There seems to be one frog that is very close to the right microphone. Again since the frogs are all around the mics this is fun with headphones.
