We live a few miles east of the PDX airport. This past week the local National Guard was doing some joint exercises in their F-15s. When they take off it is incredibly loud. This is the first of two sets of planes taking off. Each set has about six planes.

In the background you hear birds singing. The recording fades out when you can no longer hear the roar from the planes.
