Ah, good question! This unedited (as evidenced here) recording was made close to the 4th of July Holiday here in the U.S., so after a little of Mother Nature's fireworks, some overly patriotic person must have felt it necessary to add to them. At least it didn't go entirely unappreciated ... ;)
