A loopable recording of a fly buzzing around in a fairly confined space (my front porch, about 1m x 2m x 2m). I've reduced hiss a bit, trying not to impact too much on the genuine signal, but it is amazing how quiet a buzzing fly really is, and it's so hard to capture it well above the self-noise of mic and recorder. Sony ECM-MS907 -> MZ-N10 MD (hi-gain) -> iRiver H120 Rockbox. No further gain applied. 17-July-2006.
