A roar. Created by dropping reinsamba's Heron sample "dinosaur1.wav" by 2 octaves. This seems to have enhanced the sense of reverb - I didn't add any. Compare with my "monster2.wav" created from a Pheasant's call.

Especially intrigued here by the notion (or theory?) that some paleoentologists have put forward that the birds are closest relatives to dinosaurs. And herons, or cranes are supposed to be one of the oldest varieties of bird.
