Tessa Elieff AKA Tattered Kaylor is an Australian Electroacoustic/Phonographic Composer who is intrigued by the individual's listening experience of sound within space. Her work explores relationships between sound, space, time and observer via processed surround field recordings and multi-speaker systems in site-specific configurations. Methods used in live performance are based on the ideals of the acousmonium, with architectural constructs and sonic diffusion used as tools by which to sculpt the physical characteristics of sound.
