This is a stereo recording made from the window of a traditional Japanese farmhouse (called Village Ina), in Ina, Nagano, late september 2016. You can hear the crickets/cicadas/bugs outside very clearly. There is another buzz going on, an airconditioner, sorry for that, perhaps you can filter it out - or check TAKE1. (This is close to the Japanese Alps, an area that inspired Studio Ghibli's "My Neighbour Totoro"). Zoom H2n Handy Recorder in MS-stereo.
