Be careful! this is loud feedback concentrated at a certain level, then put through VST host, with the freeverb plugin. It's an epic sound really. Meant to sound quite scarey. This is also part of an experiment I ran for about a week streight. I can give you the raw file, just contact me and I'll see what I can do for you.
