haha wow, the person complaining about the rhythmical development of the recording is beyond all comprehension..!
If you want to make this fixed to a grid you can just slice the individual claps and subject them to any meter/tempo as you like.. As I'm doing right now actually for a mock-up of a clap pattern in a composition, thanks Noisecollector and the anonymous 7-year old clapper!

I don't understand why anyone would expect it to be to any beat, let alone the exact tempo they're looking for.
This is a rather good sample of audio. It may be in a resonant room, but it's still quite good.
