Just the sort of sound that I'm wanting for some CD compilations for my own personal use to assist me in minimizing my developing tinnitus. It's often claimed that 'white noise' sounds, including surf, are ideal for this, but I find that unless they contain a lot of discrete, sharply defined 'sound objects' such as raindrops, for me they tend to accentuate rather than minimize one aspect of my tinnitus. In this recording the thunder isn't obtrusive and is a beautiful addition - and the odd passing vehicle, well it's not enough to spoil the show! Thank you for a nice recording.
