I've decided to record the wildlife around filsø here in southwest Denmark. The reason is, that the lake is growing back to it's original (almost) size, as it were original. So i thought this would be a good time to study how the wildlife might grow around the growing lake. I've scheduled a recording every four weeks, but perhaps i'll record in between also. This spot though, is not the place where the scheduled recordings will take place, but merely a test of location, which it pass. Too much noise from traffic, and not close enough. But never the less, i'd like to go ahead and post it anyway.
All recordings from filsø will be available in the sample pack "Project Filsø".
This was recorded with a Sony HI-MD walkman MZ-NH1 minidisc recorder and two Shure WL183 mics.

My aim is to go back every month, and maybe even every 14 days, if my time lets me. Pictures will come shortly :)

A typical recording of the silent July/August time in the northern hemisphere.
I find that at this time of year all the birds have stopped singing.
Please go back there in the autumn, the winter and spring and the whole recording will sound sooo different. Thanks for uploading it. : )
Any chance for some pictures?
