What I meant by 100% reverb was the amount of Dry/Wet you used. I have a school project and need to find audio files that contain either Dry, Medium, and Wet reverb settings.
But I'll check over the search you told me, since the link didn't work.

I have no idea what that means. ("100% reverb")
The two most basic modulators on any Reverb unit I have come in contact with are:
1) Decay
...&
2) Size
...neither of them are cranked all the way up in the above example.
The decay seems pretty short, actually.
I'd imagine this was treated using the Reverb as a "send" effect.
