It is expected that people younger than 24 years old hear this frequency

I can't "hear" it, but I sure can feel it hurting my ears.

For info, security and other CCTV cameras, like the kind found in convenience stores like Duane Reade, CVS, Walgreens, etc., emit a very similar frequency, but closer to 11k-14kHz. Any other human bats out there gonna give me an amen?

I'm 53 like OnlyTheGhosts and I can hear it, too! I can hear CCTV cameras, and also when my neighbors switch their TVs on. It's near the same range. Now ask me what an earthquake sounds like about 1-3 seconds before one occurs. Did you know it makes a sound? IT DOES. About 23-26 Hz. Faintly like a vibration, but definitely a sound. And I have never heard it fail.
Dogs, contrary to popular myth, do not seem to bark more once they hear it. Rather eerily, they all SHUT IMMEDIATELY UP AND SO DO BIRDS. Scary. But yes I can hear this. Post more!
