It has had over 100,000 plays on a monetized-YouTube, see ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSaR0cgDZ2M , but no attribution , ( despite your attribution-license ). More bad news : the offending YouTube channel, "SoundEffectsFactory" , (a/k/a Kyle Innes ) , files false counter-claims if you submit a copyright infringement-complaint , which means you either have to have to sue him , or stop pursuing the complaint :¬(
