The ambience of hospital with the sound of footsteps, doors opening and closing, a nurse taking blood pressure, distant conversation and laughter, a child, the rustling of velcro as the blood pressure arm strap is undone, the bleep of the pulse machine, a lady telling of her journey's difficulties.
