Digital glitch sound created with a VST instrument called NoizDumpster, by The Lower Rhythm.
You can find it here:
http://urthwurk.com/thelowerrhythm/
I have recorded the results of a few sessions of insane noise creation in Ableton Live. and then searched through these clips to cut out the most interesting sounds.
This sound is harsh and unprocessed, right as it cacme out of the VST instrument. Perhaps useful for glitch and noise music or to use as a sound effect for electronic devices in games, etc.
Some of the sounds generated resemble sounds that would have been produced by a malfunctioning or circuit-bent toy.
