    female India/Arabic or bollywood singer/sample

    Hi,

    I’m Currently working on a track that has used quite a few Traditional Instruments that originate from India .

    I have been looking for a free to adapt Sample of a Traditional sounding female singing voice .

    To be more precise similar to the female India/Arabic singer that was used in the classic ‘Pump up the volume’ track by Mars .Even a Bollywood singer would suffice .

    The actual Content or words are irrelevant. Since I only understand English it’s the vibe that matters .

    Anyone know of such a sample?

    I tried that sample out but it didn't fit right with my track.The sample needs to be as musical as that sample used on the M.A.R.S Track in fact I'd use the same sample if I could.

    Copyright = deadend

    So still after a female voice singing a melodic ethnic style of sound

    Thanks Again for the help .

    If someone could do a similar chant/song,just the first 8 seconds, it was actually used in Eric B & Rakim- "Paid In Full" & As mentioned above the sample was taken from Ofrah Haza IM NIN’ALU.

    It's on YOUTUBE

    ..

    So all I need is something similar as the first 8 seconds of that song , but I suppose it’s got to sound different enough so as to avoid any issues of plagiarism and all that silly nonsense .

    This is my suggestion, if you're willing to part with some monies. Since this sample pack is HUGE packed full of vocal samples with a range of different styles. You also get various instrumentation sounds, both phrases orchestras and multisamples. If you use Indian sounds a lot I highly recommend this sample pack.
