Hello, my name is David Pearce; I am 15 years old and looking for a job in voice acting. I own a blue snowball microphone and editing software for my audio. I am looking for lines to say to see if I have what it takes to be in a film. Thanks - Dave
Are you looking for any specific genre?
Movie trailer voice over?
Pixer/Disney/etc films?
Narration?
What languages do you speak? Can you sing? What accents can you do?
I guess you may have already done this but perhaps using other films as a reference and try to mimic those voices you admire, and do an A/B listen to yours versus theirs, it's a similar method used in mixing engineering/mastering music and very useful.
No genre, it will be my first time, any voice over i suppose, films i would suppose but i have no experience so i wouldent have much of a chance, narration is also fine, i speak english and am learning spanish i talk in an english accent i can do scottish and a kinda peter griffin voice,(not amazingly) i can also do a joe swanson voice and towlie. I watch a lot of cartoons haha. I can sing, yes; and that tip is very helpful, thats actually how i got into it.learning cartoon voices and trying to mimick them. Thank you - Dave/MaskedActor
