Hello fellow Freesounders
Some time ago I created a music piece where I manipulated a koto recording. The original was a wax cylinder recording, so old that copyright has long expired.
(check here if you don't know what a wax cylinder is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phonograph_cylinder)
Anyway, I was looking for inspiration and searched for koto recordings here at Freesound.
There are very few.
I know we have a few Japanese users, maybe you can help?
Thanks
Though I am not Japanese member (maybe in previous life I made a couple of Koto loops and a few of them are still pretty popular, here at freesound.org

cheers mate.
Yes you did! How could I forget!
(funny, they did not come up in my search)
Not too keen on the loop that contains percussion. But the koto and shamisen loop is now a very serious candidate for some sonic mutillation... eheheh.
