Greetings,
I am wondering if any of you could help us out with a sample of a vibraslap? The 2 samples on wiki are horrid, though the 2nd is better than the first. No one I know owns one or I would record it myself.
Preferably the sound would ring out for a bit. Those samples on wiki are quite muffled and it sounds as though the person using the vibraslap isn't hitting it hard enough. It should ring out a little longer than those. Thanks in advance!

Pick the Max El Belga drum sets. In each bundle I think there are vibra slap samples. I know for sure its in Maxstandard drums sets. Maybe different ones in others sets as well. He states you they are royalty free to use, but retains copyright to probably stop someone from trying to sell his samples.

Click on the brass instrument picture to go to the phrases and articulations and percussion section. Pick percussion and there are some vibra slaps there too. Read their license on it. Basically you can use the samples royalty free as long as you use them in a creative musical way. Just don't sell as individual samples.
Soundhead, that first link is perfect. I got 9 vibraslap sounds and one of them is bound to be tweakable to what we need. Thank you very much for the time in finding these for us.
