I have a mixture of recordings from parts of old (1990-95) radio shows. These are parts of signals, music, speaking, and almost everything others. (Almost) nothing lasts for more than 5-10 seconds and many of these is in bad audio quality (but recognizable). These samples are in almost random ordering, not put together intentionally for a "creation". Is it legal to upload these (I am "afraid" that not but just to be sure)?

You see, some radio stations might operate differing copyrights on their broadcasts.
