hi, i have a question:
If i download some sounds from the website and i mixed them to a new track, could i upload them? or it will be considered as Copyright stealing?? (from other users)

(i mean i will mention the source)

If you;

- use same attribution
- Mention the source
- it is not a song ore music

I do not see a problem, but you can ask the owner to be sure.
