Is it possible to download a pack with a single command. I can't figure out how...

yes, it is possible.

from any individual sound in a pack - click the pack link. this will bring up the list of all the sounds in the pack. on the right side of the screen should be a download link for the pack.

Though - sometimes - a pack may not be available for download. I'm not sure why. In those cases you'll have either wait for the entire pack to become available or download each sound individually.
