Not sure if its the new algorithm or what but when i type 'space explosion' i get like a million fart recordings. ROFL!!

The servers have changed their search-system.
Now the results are more relevant to the input search terms. It's quite ironic that you are getting this result, considering that in practise the search system has been effective for me.
