I see that from time to time people are reporting dead links, and these threads are mixed with other ones.I guess, that from time to time, there are various thread regarding one dead link. Would not be easier to make one sticky thread, entitled loudly - 'dead or missing links - report here' ?

Then -
user reports a broken link,
moderator gives the confirmation when the links from preceding replies are fixed.
Clean and easy.

are the soundpacks generaded automatically by the system (on server), or prepared manually by admin/moderator (and then uploaded)?
